December 19, 2024: Fairplay, CO 80440 The Ellicott Thunderhawks (Calhan, CO) basketball crushed the host South Park Burros (Fairplay, CO), 68-35 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Thunderhawks now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they host The Vanguard School for a 4A/3A Tri-Peaks bout on Wednesday, January 8. Ellicott will play a Coursers team coming off a 95-44 non-league win over Arvada (Arvada, CO). The Coursers record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, South Park falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Burros host Woodland Park (Woodland Park, CO) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 20.
