Michigan High School Basketball - Flushing holds off Mt. Morris
December 19, 2024: Flushing, MI 48433 The Flushing Raiders basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting Mt. Morris Panthers to 62 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Raiders now have a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Mt. Morris for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Flushing will confront a Panthers team coming off a 84-27 league win over Byron (Byron, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 7-0.
With the loss, Mt. Morris falls to 8-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Genesee Christian (Burton, MI) to confront the Soldiers in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Soldiers go into the game with a record of 1-6. Genesee Christian lost 40-35 in their recent non-league game against Corunna (Corunna, MI)
