Oregon High School Basketball - Four Rivers nudges Pine Eagle
December 19, 2024: Ontario, OR The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Four Rivers Falcons (Ontario, OR) and the visiting Pine Eagle Spartans (Halfway, OR), observed Four Rivers's basketball team edge Pine Eagle by a score of 54-53.
The Falcons (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Irrigon (Irrigon, OR). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Irrigon was tipped by South Wasco County (Maupin, OR), 72-66, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans encounter the Griswold Grizzlies (Helix, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 20. Pine Eagle will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 50-41 non-league loss to Klickitat-Glenwood (Klickitat, WA).
