In Thursday's non-league test, the Kohala Cowboys (Kapaau, HI) basketball squad defeated the visiting Kamehameha Hawai'i Warriors (Kea'au, HI), by a final score of 66-53.

Next, the Cowboys clash with the Salesian College Preparatory Pride (Richmond, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 27. Kohala will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Pride come into the test with a 9-1 record after their 75-58 non-league win over Dougherty Valley (San Ramon, CA).
