Oregon High School Basketball - Oakland overwhelms Lowell
December 19, 2024: Oakland, OR 97462 The Oakland Oakers basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Lowell Devils to 29 in the Oakers league triumph on Thursday.
The Oakers now have a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Central Linn for a 2A Valley Coast game on Saturday, December 21. Oakland will confront a Cobras team coming off a 60-29 non-league loss to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, OR). The Cobras record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, Lowell falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Devils host Bandon (Bandon, OR) to confront the Tigers in a 2A Valley Coast game on Saturday, December 21. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 4-2. Bandon won 35-26 in their recent league game against Monroe (Monroe, OR)
