December 19, 2024: McCalla, AL 35111 The McAdory Yellowjackets basketball team scored 85 points and limited the visiting Sparkman Senators to 58 in the Yellowjackets non-league victory on Thursday.
With the victory, McAdory advances its record to 9-7 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Baker (Mobile, AL) to face the Hornets in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 12-3. Baker won 72-46 in their recent non-league match against Mortimer Jordan (Kimberly, AL)
The Senators now own a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Priceville for a non-league match on Friday, December 20. Sparkman will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 74-59 non-league loss to Madison County (Gurley, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-5.
