December 19, 2024: Washougal, WA 98671 The Washougal Panthers (Washougal, WA) basketball were winner over the visiting McLoughlin Pioneers (Milton-Freewater, OR), 59-40 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Battle Ground for a non-league bout on Friday, December 20. Washougal will play a Tigers team coming off a 65-43 non-league loss to Kelso (Kelso, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, McLoughlin falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Walla Walla Valley Academy (College Place, WA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 2. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Walla Walla Valley Academy won 61-22 in their recent league bout against Touchet (Touchet, WA)
