With the victory, Waverly-Shell Rock advances its record to 4-3 on the year. The Go-Hawks host Caledonia (Caledonia, MN) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 5-1. Caledonia won 83-56 in their recent non-league match against Holmen (Holmen, WI)
The Comets now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlisle for a Raccoon River match on Friday, January 3. North Polk will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 69-61 league loss to Gilbert (Gilbert, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-4.
