Minnesota High School Basketball - Sartell-St. Stephen defeats Bemidji
December 19, 2024: Sartell, MN 56377 The Sartell-St. Stephen Sabres (Sartell, MN) basketball were winner over the visiting Bemidji Lumberjacks (Bemidji, MN), 57-49 in Thursday's league bout.
The Sabres now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Buffalo for a AAAA Section 8 bout on Friday, December 20. Sartell-St. Stephen will play a Bison team coming off a 66-46 non-league win over Jefferson (Bloomington, MN). The Bison record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Bemidji falls to 8-3 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks host Elk River (Elk River, MN) to play the Elks in a AAAA Section 8 bout on Saturday, December 28. The Elks go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Elk River lost 62-56 in their recent non-league bout against White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN)
