December 19, 2024: Onalaska, TX 77360 The Onalaska Wildcats (Onalaska, TX) basketball edged the visiting Big Sandy Wildcats (Dallardsville, TX), 28-22 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 8-12 record. They play next when they travel to New Caney for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. Onalaska will play a Eagles team coming off a 50-27 league loss to Caney Creek (Conroe, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 3-17.
With the loss, Big Sandy falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Blue Ridge (Blue Ridge, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 26. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 13-8. Blue Ridge lost 58-53 in their recent league bout against Bells (Bells, TX)
