The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Desert Hills Thunder (St. George, UT) and the visiting George Washington Patriots (Denver, CO), observed Desert Hills's basketball team overcome George Washington by a score of 56-41.

The Thunder (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Monica (Santa Monica, CA). The Mariners come into the non-league challenge with a 13-0 record. In their last challenge, St. Monica defeated Alta (Sandy, UT), 51-45, in a non-league challenge.
