Virginia High School Basketball - Western Branch routs Bayside
December 19, 2024: Chesapeake, VA 23321 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Western Branch Bruins basketball team scored a big 39-0 triumph over the Bayside Marlins.
The Bruins (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeland (Suffolk, VA). The Cavaliers go into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Lakeland smashed Manor (Portsmouth, VA), 58-17, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Marlins battle the First Colonial Patriots (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 6. Bayside will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
