North Carolina High School Basketball - Bessemer City victorious over Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy
December 19, 2024: Bessemer City, NC 28016 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Bessemer City Yellow Jackets basketball team scored a good 56-48 triumph over the Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons.
The Yellow Jackets (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, East Gaston was topped by South Point (Belmont, NC), 59-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Gryphons battle the Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 8. Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
