Colorado High School Basketball - Northfield overwhelms Gateway
December 19, 2024: Denver, CO 80238 The Northfield Nighthawks basketball team scored 98 points and limited the visiting Gateway Olympians to 43 in the Nighthawks non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Nighthawks now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Standley Lake for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. Northfield will confront a Gators team coming off a 56-52 non-league win over The Academy (Westminster, CO). The Gators record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Gateway falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Olympians host Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO) to confront the Spartans in a non-league game on Thursday, January 9.
