Midfield Patriots (Midfield, AL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Montgomery Catholic Knights (Montgomery, AL), 61-58 in a non-league game.

The Patriots now have a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Wetumpka for a non-league game on Saturday, December 20. Midfield will confront a Indians team coming off a 60-29 non-league win over Long (Skipperville, AL). The Indians record now stands at 12-3.
