In Friday's non-league test, the Wekiva Mustangs (Apopka, FL) basketball squad defeated the visiting Northwestern Wildcats (Albion, PA), by a final score of 36-28.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Hillcrest Hornets (Springfield, MO) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 20. Wekiva will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 38-36 non-league loss to Warwick (Warwick, NY).
