California High School Basketball - Westview holds off Christian
December 19, 2025: El Cajon, CA 92019 The Westview Wolverines basketball team scored 38 points and limited the host Christian Patriots to 34 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wolverines now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to San Juan Hills for a non-league game on Saturday, December 20. Westview will encounter a Stallions squad coming off a 47-11 non-league loss to Portola (Irvine, CA). The Stallions record now stands at 0-2.
The Patriots (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Vista (Vista, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Vista was nipped by Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA), 86-8, in a non-league test.
