The Silver Lake Mustangs basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Red Cloud Warriors to 30 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Deshler for a non-league contest on Friday, December 3. Silver Lake will meet a Dragons team coming off a 44-39 non-league loss to Exeter-Milligan (Exeter, NE). The Dragons record now stands at 0-1.
