Texas High School Basketball - Abernathy nips Wall
December 2, 2022: Wall, TX 76957 Abernathy Antelopes (Abernathy, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Wall Hawks (Wall, TX), 48-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Abernathy upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Antelopes travel to Floydada (Floydada, TX) to play the Whirlwinds in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Whirlwinds go into the bout with a record of 8-0. Floydada won 70-55 in their recent non-league bout against Wall (Wall, TX)
Next up, the Hawks play the Miles Bulldogs (Miles, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Wall will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-0 record after their 38-23 non-league win over Cornerstone Christian (San Angelo, TX).
