Clear Springs Chargers (League City, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Strake Jesuit Fighting Crusaders (Houston, TX), 60-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Clear Springs upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Chargers travel to Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX) to clash with the Hurricanes in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Fort Bend Hightower won 74-34 in their recent non-league bout against North Shore (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Fighting Crusaders clash with the Tomball Cougars (Tomball, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Strake Jesuit will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 41-27 non-league win over Alief Taylor (Houston, TX).
