Arizona High School Basketball - Cortez overwhelmed by Combs

The Combs Coyotes basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the host Cortez Colts to 46 in the Coyotes non-league victory on Friday.

The Coyotes now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Estrella Foothills for a non-league contest on Monday, December 5. Combs will battle a Wolves team coming off a 73-54 non-league loss to Cibola (Yuma, AZ). The Wolves record now stands at 1-3.

The Colts (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Prescott (Prescott, AZ). The Badgers come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Prescott triumphed over Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ), 71-61, in a non-league contest.
