The Covenant Christian Academy Rams basketball team (Cumming, GA), was overwhelmed 70-35 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Mountain Area Christian Academy Lions (Morganton, GA)

The Lions now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dogwood Christian Academy for a GCAA Region I battle on Monday, December 5. Mountain Area Christian Academy will confront a team coming off a 54-29 non-league loss to Eastgate Life Academy (Hiawassee, GA). The record now stands at 0-1.

The Rams (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Grace Christian Academy (Fayetteville, GA). The EAGLES come into the GCAA Region III battle with a 7-1 record.
