Florida High School Basketball - River Ridge holds off Fivay

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the River Ridge Royal Knights (New Port Richey, FL) and the host Fivay Falcons (Hudson, FL), saw River Ridge's basketball squad hold off Fivay by a tally of 62-55.

With the victory, River Ridge improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Royal Knights host Nature Coast Tech (Brooksville, FL) to confront the Sharks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 7. The Sharks come into the challenge with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Falcons confront the Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Fivay will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 87-31 non-league win over Gulf (New Port Richey, FL).
