The Newman International Academy Warriors basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Harvest Christian Academy Saints to 40 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southwest Christian School for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Newman International Academy will meet a Eagles team coming off a 63-40 non-league win over Chisholm Trail Academy (Keene, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 9-3.

The Saints (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Grayson Christian (Sherman, TX). The enter the TCAF Division 2 District 2 contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Grayson Christian ran past Varsity Opponent (, ), 62-47, in a league contest.
