California High School Basketball - McLane fells Kennedy

December 2, 2022: Fresno, CA 93703

McLane Highlanders (Fresno, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Kennedy Thunderbirds (Delano, CA), 79-68 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McLane upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Highlanders travel to Sierra (Tollhouse, CA) to play the Chieftains in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Chieftains go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Sierra won 71-57 in their recent non-league bout against Nipomo (Nipomo, CA)

Next up, the Thunderbirds play the Golden Valley Bulldogs (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 5. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 78-29 non-league loss to Atascadero (Atascadero, CA).
