Texas High School Basketball - Seguin tops Northwest
December 2, 2022: Justin, TX 76247 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX) and the host Northwest Texans (Justin, TX), saw Seguin's basketball squad knock off Northwest by a count of 64-45.
With the victory, Seguin upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Joshua (Joshua, TX) to play the Owls in a 5A Region I District 8 challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Joshua lost 60-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Alvarado (Alvarado, TX)
Next up, the Texans play the Shoemaker Wolves (Killeen, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 2. Northwest will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 76-53 non-league loss to Hutto (Hutto, TX).
