December 2, 2022: Salado, TX 76571 The Salado Eagles (Salado, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Rockdale Tigers (Rockdale, TX), 52-40 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Bastrop (Bastrop, TX). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Bastrop went down by Decatur (Decatur, TX), 62-36, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Milano for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 6. Rockdale will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 62-38 non-league win over Brazos (Wallis, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-0.
