December 2, 2022: Katy, TX 77494 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Katy Tigers (Katy, TX) and the visiting Bryan Vikings (Bryan, TX), saw Katy's basketball squad overcome Bryan by a tally of 60-46.
With the victory, Katy improves its record to 15-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Mayde Creek (Houston, TX) to play the Rams in a 6A Region III District 19 challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Mayde Creek won 39-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Channelview (Channelview, TX)
Next up, the Vikings play the Bridgeland Bears (Cypress, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 3. Bryan will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 8-11 record after their 37-28 non-league win over Oak Ridge (Conroe, TX).
