North Carolina High School Basketball - North Stanly routs Carolina International

In Friday's non-league outing, the North Stanly Comets (New London, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Carolina International Comets (Concord, NC), by a margin of 52-10.

The Comets (4-0) will now prepare for their outing against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Colts go into the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, West Stanly was trounced by Albemarle (Albemarle, NC), 70-41, in a non-league outing.

The Comets now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Weddington for a non-league outing on Friday, December 9. Carolina International will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 41-32 non-league loss to Mooresville (Mooresville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.
