Chaparral Cowboys (Las Vegas, NV) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Mojave Rattlers (North Las Vegas, NV), 30-29 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Chaparral upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Cowboys host Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Roadrunners in a non-league bout on Monday, December 5. The Roadrunners come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Southeast Career Tech won 58-44 in their recent non-league bout against Del Sol (Las Vegas, NV)

Next up, the Rattlers play the Rancho Rams (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 5. Mojave will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 33-27 non-league loss to Legacy (North Las Vegas, NV).
