Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Westinghouse overwhelmed by Clairton
December 2, 2022: Pittsburgh, PA 15208 The Clairton Bears basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host Westinghouse Bulldogs to 30 in the Bears non-league victory on Friday.
The Bears now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Taylor Allderdice for a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. Clairton will play a Dragons squad coming off a 48-18 non-league loss to Gateway (Monroeville, PA). The Dragons record now stands at 0-3.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Westinghouse will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 60-31 non-league win over Fort Cherry (McDonald, PA).
