California High School Basketball - Templeton tops Coast Union
December 2, 2022: Cambria, CA 93428 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Templeton Eagles (Templeton, CA) and the host Coast Union Broncos (Cambria, CA), saw Templeton's basketball squad knock off Coast Union by a count of 44-27.
With the victory, Templeton upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Taft (Taft, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 8. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Taft lost 58-11 in their recent non-league challenge against Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA)
Next up, the Broncos play the Valley Christian Academy Lions (Santa Maria, CA) in a Coast Valley challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Coast Union will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 55-12 non-league win over Dunn (Los Olivos, CA).
