Texas High School Basketball - Eastern Hills knocked off by Olney
December 2, 2022: Olney, TX 76374 The Olney Cubs basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting Eastern Hills Highlanders to 24 in the Cubs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cubs now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harrold for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Olney will battle a Hornets team coming off a 69-55 non-league loss to Tioga (Tioga, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 2-4.
The Highlanders (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Venus (Venus, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Venus was defeated by Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX), 37-24, in a non-league contest.
