December 2, 2022: Tyler, TX 75702 The Tyler Lions basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Martin Warriors to 47 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chapel Hill for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Tyler will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 47-43 non-league win over Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-3.
The Warriors (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Highlands (Dallas, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Lake Highlands was nudged by Royse City (Royse City, TX), 54-29, in a non-league contest.
