Texas High School Basketball - United South crushes Nixon
December 2, 2022: Laredo, TX 78046 United South Panthers (Laredo, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Nixon Mustangs (Laredo, TX), 63-30 in a non-league bout.
With the win, United South upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Weslaco (Weslaco, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 17-1. Weslaco won 46-38 in their recent non-league bout against Southwest (San Antonio, TX)
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Laredo LBJ Wolves (Laredo, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Nixon will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 52-37 non-league win over Southwest (San Antonio, TX).
