California High School Basketball - Sherman Indian knocked off by San Gorgonio
December 2, 2022: Riverside, CA 92503 The San Gorgonio Spartans basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Sherman Indian Braves to 21 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pacific for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. San Gorgonio will meet a Pirates team coming off a 57-1 non-league loss to Elsinore (Wildomar, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 0-7.
The Braves (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA). The Matadors enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, San Gabriel ran past El Monte (El Monte, CA), 45-37, in a non-league contest.
