Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) and the visiting Fivay Falcons (Hudson, FL), saw Mitchell's basketball squad hold off Fivay by a tally of 31-25.

With the victory, Mitchell improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Gulf (New Port Richey, FL) to confront the Buccaneers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 8. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Gulf won 31-21 in their recent league challenge against Fivay (Hudson, FL)

Next up, the Falcons confront the Hudson Cobras (Hudson, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 5. Fivay will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
