North Carolina High School Basketball - Riverside-Durham edges Orange
December 2, 2022: Durham, NC 27712 The Riverside-Durham Pirates (Durham, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Orange Panthers (Hillsborough, NC), 54-52 in Friday's non-league test.
The Pirates (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Green Hope (Cary, NC). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Green Hope was tipped by Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC), 56-35, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Wake Forest for a non-league test on Saturday, December 3. Orange will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 41-39 non-league loss to Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
