North Carolina High School Basketball - South Stanly can't hold off Southwestern Randolph
December 2, 2022: Asheboro, NC 27205 The Southwestern Randolph Cougars basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls to 38 in the Cougars non-league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Davidson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Southwestern Randolph will battle a Black Knights team coming off a 41-27 non-league win over West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Black Knights record now stands at 3-0.
The Rowdy Rebel Bulls (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Colts come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record.
