Texas High School Basketball - Bells knocked off by Thorndale
December 2, 2023: Thorndale, TX 76577 The Thorndale Bulldogs basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Bells Panthers to 48 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lampasas for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Thorndale will meet a Badgers team coming off a 57-22 non-league win over Groesbeck (Groesbeck, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 6-2.
The Panthers (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Honey Grove (Honey Grove, TX). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Honey Grove ran past Chisum (Paris, TX), 45-32, in a non-league contest.
