Missouri High School Basketball - Bolivar overwhelms Smith-Cotton
December 2, 2023: Bolivar, MO 65613 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bolivar Liberators (Bolivar, MO) and the visiting Smith-Cotton Tigers (Sedalia, MO), saw Bolivar's basketball squad wallop Smith-Cotton by a tally of 70-48.
With the victory, Bolivar improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Liberators host Helias (Jefferson City, MO) to play the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Helias won 80-66 in their recent non-league challenge against Raytown (Raytown, MO)
Next up, the Tigers play the Hickman Kewpies (Columbia, MO) in a Central Missouri challenge, on Wednesday, December 6. Smith-Cotton will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Kewpies come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 56-51 non-league win over St. Dominic (O'Fallon, MO).
