Texas High School Basketball - Brentwood Christian overwhelmed by Ridge Point
December 2, 2023: Austin, TX 78753 The Ridge Point Panthers basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Brentwood Christian Bears to 40 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to George Ranch for a 6A Region III District 20 contest on Tuesday, December 5. Ridge Point will battle a Longhorns team coming off a 66-51 non-league loss to Seven Lakes (Katy, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 10-4.
The Bears (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against South Austin Warriors (Austin, TX). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, South Austin Warriors was routed by Veritas Academy (Austin, TX), 53-43, in a non-league contest.
