December 2, 2023: Corpus Christi, TX 78410 The Tuloso-Midway Warriors (Corpus Christi, TX) basketball felled the visiting Columbia Roughnecks (West Columbia, TX), 68-55 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warriors (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Sweeny (Sweeny, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Sweeny was beaten by Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX), 61-42, in a non-league test.
The Roughnecks now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Kinkaid for a non-league test on Saturday, December 2. Columbia will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 41-36 non-league loss to Bay City (Bay City, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 1-8.
