Texas High School Basketball - Samuell tops Covenant Classical
December 2, 2023: Dallas, TX 75217 Samuell Spartans (Dallas, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Covenant Classical Cavaliers (Fort Worth, TX), 65-45 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Samuell upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Spartans host Venus (Venus, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 7-3. Venus won 66-40 in their recent non-league bout against Western Hills (Fort Worth, TX)
Next up, the Cavaliers play the Trinity Valley Trojans (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Covenant Classical will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 67-56 non-league loss to Conrad (Dallas, TX).
