Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Cranberry Area overwhelms Maplewood
December 2, 2023: Seneca, PA 16346 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Cranberry Area Berries (Seneca, PA) and the visiting Maplewood Tigers (Guys Mills, PA), saw Cranberry Area's basketball squad wallop Maplewood by a count of 66-44.
With the victory, Cranberry Area upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Berries travel to Keystone (Knox, PA) to play the Panthers in a Keystone Shortway challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Keystone lost 61-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Oil City (Oil City, PA)
Next up, the Tigers play the Commodore Perry Panthers (Hadley, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Maplewood will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
