The Seymour Owls basketball team (Seymour, IN), was toppled 43-29 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs (Franklin, IN)

The Grizzly Cubs now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenwood for a Mid-State battle on Friday, December 8. Franklin Community will confront a Woodmen team coming off a 55-52 league loss to Martinsville (Martinsville, IN). The Woodmen record now stands at 0-4.
