Kentucky High School Basketball - West Jessamine fells Johnson Central
December 2, 2023: Nicholasville, KY 40356 West Jessamine Colts (Nicholasville, KY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Johnson Central Golden Eagles (Paintsville, KY), 66-55 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Jessamine upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Colts travel to Somerset (Somerset, KY) to clash with the Briar Jumpers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Briar Jumpers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Somerset won 70-63 in their recent non-league bout against East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY)
Next up, the Golden Eagles clash with the Shelby Valley Wildcats (Pikeville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Johnson Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
