New York High School Basketball - Mayfield fells Middleburgh
December 2, 2023: Middleburgh, NY 12122 Mayfield Panthers (Mayfield, NY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Middleburgh Knights (Middleburgh, NY), 54-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mayfield upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Panthers host Saratoga Central Catholic (Saratoga Springs, NY) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Monday, December 4. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Saratoga Central Catholic won 59-55 in their recent league bout against Hoosick Falls (Hoosick Falls, NY)
Next up, the Knights play the Stamford Central Indians (Stamford, NY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Middleburgh will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
