Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Riesel Indians (Riesel, TX) and the host Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ), saw Riesel's basketball squad wallop Non Varsity Tournament Opponent by a count of 62-18.

With the victory, Riesel upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Indians host Clifton (Clifton, TX) to play the Cubs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5.
