The Northampton Yellowjackets basketball team (Eastville, VA), was overwhelmed 90-52 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Norfolk Collegiate Mighty Oaks (Norfolk, VA)

The Mighty Oaks now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maury for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 5. Norfolk Collegiate will battle a Commodores team coming off a 45-40 non-league win over Princess Anne (Virginia Beach, VA). The Commodores record now stands at 3-0.

The Yellowjackets (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against West Point (West Point, VA). The Pointers come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, West Point trounced Southampton (Courtland, VA), 68-35, in a non-league battle.
